Very good experience

Great time and a great location!

The house was great for our group of friends. The outside kitchen area made hang outs and dinner prep a breeze. Everything was as advertised and great.

Beautiful home and very clean. Great spaces for groups to visit and relax. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here with 3 generations of family. There was lots of games to entertain you, and the outdoor kitchen was great. We particularly enjoyed the cornhole set and the upper floor patio. There was a very steep spiral staircase from the main (upper) floor to the lower floor, so we had the grandparents stay on the upper floor and use the outside stairs to get to the lower floor when needed.Unfortunately, we did run into a few maintenence issues that need addresssed immediately, although we opted to wait until after our stay to have them fixed. There is a significant earwig infestation in the cottage. They were coming up through the floor boards. We did noticed some dead bugs under the bed which is likely attracting them. We also had a few of them on the lower floor of the house near the shower, as well. I get that they are pretty harmless, but you tell that to teen girls at 10pm. The other issue was the hinge on the gate had rusted, so we were not able to close the gate at night. The gate is very heavy, so if it falls on someone they are going to get hurt. The property manager was very responsive but since we noticed these issues over the weekend it was difficult to get fixed right away, and we did not want our kids sleeping in the cottage after they sprayed or bombed for bugs.Despite all this, it was a really nice stay and I do believe the host will fix these issues, I'm leaving this information in the review to ensure they follow up. We would happily stay again.
